Installation Detailed Description: |
You can use either the mini Innofader Pro or a mini Innofader Plus along with a Reck housing. If you use the mini Innofader Pro, it is already pre-programmed to work in the PT-01 scratch with a Reck IF-30.
Please make sure to use the correct cable PT-01 Adapter. Even though the 4 pin small cable works and passes the green LED test, using this cable does NOT work properly; it results in abnormal large popping sounds. Also make sure you purchase the Reck IF-30 housing, and make sure you do the CH1 L/Mid Cut (PT-01 Only) preset to achieve a sharp cut on both sides of the mini Innofader Plus. You may also need to do the increase lag preset if there is slight bleeding, or decrease lag if the gap is too big.
Some customers are finding that the PT-01 has unusual noise outputs even when the mini Innofader Plus is installed properly. This happens when the PT-01 Scratch is running off of batteries only and the batteries are low. You can easily fix this issue by either running the PT-01 Scratch when plugged in or by fully recharging the batteries before operating.
